I did a search from the Web Crawler,I typed in leather, and
just went through all the URL's until I found yours. It was
the biggest and best on-line leather store I've found, and
the only with full color pictures of products. I'm a novice
biker looking for new stuff. I've already given your web address
to about six of my coworkers and they in turn have given it
to others. So, be on the lookout for orders from Missouri.

Although my first order was delayed, I called to find out
why. When I did, I was impressed with the prompt service which
I had received. The salesman called me back in less than 10
minutes with an answer, apologized for the delay and corrected
the problem. For me, a delayed order was not that big a deal.
Mistakes sometimes happen. What is important is that when
a mistake does happen to admit it and to correct it. This
is the true measure of service. My order arrived within a
